SPM Quick Start
SPM8 Quick Start is one-day workshop designed for investigators with some experience in functional neuroimaging but little or no recent SPM experience.
The workshop will focus on the fundamentals of using the core SPM8 functions for preprocessing, statistical modeling and visualization of data associated with simple fMRI experimental designs. Lectures will be linked with interactive tutorial exercises that will provide participants with experience using SPM8. Anyone planning to use SPM as their primary statistical analysis and preprocessing software package should benefit from this program.
The presentations will include demonstrations and tutorials utilizing SPM8. Participants are expected to bring a laptop with MATLAB, SPM8 and MRIcron already installed.
The course instructors are Thomas Zeffiro and Robert Savoy.
Registration information for this program may be found here.
Information about accomodations may be found here.
